I wrote my client an EveMail:
"Your package was delivered within 30 minutes. Thank you for choosing Strel's Courier Service. I value you as a customer and look forward to future contracting with you.
Update: I was unable to dock, due to:
"Dusk and Dawn Holding Does Not Like You"
I logged outside of the space station 02 Fade LC3 Carmenta Factory. Please have them grant me temporary 24 hour docking clearance so I may complete your delivery. Thank you."
What do I do? I spent like 55 million collateral on a 5 million mission!

Yeah I run a company in RL, and if this type of thing happends, well, report it to the BBB obviously.

If not, I guess this is a pretty good object lesson about how to not run courier missions... i.e. by not researching your route properly and asking questions of the employer before taking the job.
I e-mailed the person I contracted it for and parked myself in a nearby friendly area. I'm hoping they grant me rights for 24 hours. I have 22 hours to complete the mission.

Ok, so I found their website and contacted their web hosting provider. Since its in Germany I had a translated version of the message:
Please tell the owner of the domain eve-d2.com: I need docking permission to your station "factory" I wrote my client an EveMail: "Your package was delivered within 30 minutes. Interestingly enough, I ran your english text through Google translator and got the same result, so maybe you should contact your English speaking lawyer in Germany and drop the hint that Google Language is a poor fit at best for legal work.
